Former Nebraska wide receiver Jordan Westerkamp’s pro football career has taken him to Canada, as he has signed a contract with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League.

Westerkamp’s previous stop in his pro career brought him to the Miami Dolphins, who cut him in August. Westerkamp played four seasons at Nebraska, and was a favorite of Husker fans. He finished his career with 2474 receiving yards on 167 catches for an average of 14.8 yards per reception.
In Toronto, Westerkamp joins the defending CFL champions. The league starts its season in June.
